		<description>Jan - If you want to grow more moss on rocks, you can use what you have in your backyard.  And if you want to grow some on soil, then it is probably better to use moss that grows in similar condition.  Please do keep me posted if you are propagating moss with moss slurry, I would love to hear more from you!</description>

		<description>When we brought in field stone to make our stone walls around our garden areas, many of them had moss growing on them! I was thrilled, because I&#039;ve noticed that buying moss at a nursery isn&#039;t cheap! Our backyard is a lot of shade so the moss does well out there. It&#039;s not in any soil whatsoever-only attached to the stones.  I might give your suggestion a try anyway, perhaps it&#039;d get &#039;thicker&#039; with a little more acidic liquid sprayed on it!? I&#039;ll let you know if I ever try it...not sure I&#039;m actually going to get around to that;-/</description>
